Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered the Ukrainian military to restore control over coastal areas in southern Ukraine. Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine calls on residents of the occupied areas of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions to evacuate by all possible means. “We must look for an opportunity to leave, because our Armed Forces will take over [the occupied territories – ed.]. It will be a huge match,” Vereshchuk said. Residents of the occupied Kherson Region should leave the region, and those who cannot do so should prepare for hostilities, seek shelter, water and food, said Yurii Sobolevskyi, First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Region Council.
