Cameron Norrie recalled his tennis journey after defeating David Goffin in the Wimbledon quarter-finals. Ahead of his semi-final clash with Novak Djokovic, the Briton said: “Just all the hard work and sacrifice and everything hit me straight away. “Especially the situation, you know, here at Wimbledon in front of my family, my friends and obviously a lot of people watching this match. “For me, just looking back, all the hard work and the sacrifices and everything, I didn’t really know what to say. “It got emotional there and, just a crazy day and crazy match to go through, especially the way it started. That’s why you play the sport.”
