He is 19-year-old Ehmani McDavis and has had other run-ins with the law. I was able to uncover some disturbing information about the 19-year-old and he’s back into guns. I have uncovered two incidents at Eastpointe. It started in January last year when he was charged with an offense of unlawful possession of weapons in or on a motor vehicle. Davis pleaded guilty and received 12 months of probation and an $815 fine. Sources also tell me that Davis was involved in a situation on June 9th Eastpointe as he was arrested again on weapons charges. Local 4 is still trying to investigate exactly what happened in this situation. From what I have been able to uncover, some items were sent to Michigan State Police crime lab, and they were waiting to hear from the crime lab. “Protocol and procedures were followed,” the Macomb County District Attorney said Peter Lucido. “There was no dropping the ball.” Lucido said it takes time to sign a warrant and they need to review the information and evidence.
