“Tonight, police reported that a gunshot victim was located outside of Union Station and they ordered an evacuation of the station,” Anne Marie Aikins, head of media and public relations for Metrolinx, told Global News, noting that she and her family was among those evacuated. “Trains are not entering or leaving the union station at this time and are otherwise holding until the police have determined that everyone is safe. Our staff are all safe and secure. We promise to keep customers updated as information comes in.
