Shootings Near Mall In Toronto Send Two To Hospital

According to police, officers responded to reports of shots fired at the Fairview Mall Plaza, located at 1800 Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto, shortly after 6:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, police said they found two men with serious gunshot wounds.  They were taken to a local trauma center.
Speaking to reporters from the scene, police said the two men had been involved in an argument before the shooting and were known to each other, adding that they did not believe there was a risk to public safety.
Police say a third person involved in the fight has been tagged as a suspect.  This person remains outstanding.
