The search continues for a Gander man who has been reported missing since Friday. Police have concerns for the safety of 29-year-old Brandon Tucker who was last seen around 8:00 Friday morning. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and approximately 240 pounds with brown hair, a brown beard and blue eyes. An extensive search involving Gander Search and Rescue, and search and rescue teams from Bonavista Bay and Exploits were out all day yesterday conducting a search that temporarily closed the hiking trail at Cobb’s Pond yesterday. RCMP police dog services also participated in the effort. Today’s search involves ground and rescue searches as well as drones. Police are also asking residents to check their yards and sheds as the effort continues.
