Barre Street between Calhoun Street and Broad Street Bee Street in Lockwood/Courtenay Calhoun Street at Rutledge Avenue to Smith Street Fishburne Street at Hagood Avenue Hagood Avenue between slightly north of Fishburne Street to Spring Street Huger Street near Meeting to King Street King Street to Huger Street Morrison Drive near the US 17 ramp N Nassau Street at Cool Blow Street Rutledge Avenue at Sumter Street to Septima Clark Parkway

The National Weather Service reports that heavy rain is currently moving into downtown Charleston. “As high tide approaches, the risk for flooding will increase rapidly,” the NWS said. “Be prepared for flooded roads.” The Charleston Police Department tweeted that officers were monitoring flooded areas. Earlier in the day, the North Charleston Police Department said several parts of Dorchester Street were experiencing flooding. Dorchester Road between Remus and Rivers Avenues is completely underwater, according to police. Meanwhile, Dorchester Street at Leeds Avenue is closed, as is the area between Azalea Drive and Dorchester Road. As of 7:25 p.m., Buist Avenue from Old Park Road to Spruill Avenue is closed.
