Ricky Martin’s brother Eric Martin is backing claims by the singer’s lawyer that the nephew who accused him of incest is “struggling with deep mental health challenges”. In a video shared on social media, TMZ reports, Eric Martin points out that just because an alleged victim is granted a restraining order doesn’t mean the accuser is telling the truth. On Friday, Martin’s attorney released a statement denying all of the nephew’s allegations. “Unfortunately, the individual who made this allegation struggles with profound mental health challenges,” said attorney Marty Singer.
