Police are warning of an increased presence of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club in Central Newfoundland. The gang was known to drive in formations at high speeds, pass vehicles in an unsafe manner and block intersections. The club is identified with the “1% Club” patch, which distinguishes gangs of outlaws. RCMP are asking the public to avoid engaging the bicyclists and to report any sightings or suspicious activity.
