Kyrgios has rarely been far from controversy during this year’s Wimbledon run, having been fined twice for appearing to spit at a spectator in the first round and furiously arguing with the referee during his clash with Stefanos Tsitsipas. It remains to be seen if the Australian will put on a show against Djokovic or if his mind will be solely on the action. Despite discussing his rants against the Serb, Kyrgios recently admitted the two had been in contact in recent days following a “stink” that developed following Djokovic’s Covid vaccine saga.
