The crash happened on Saturday July 9 at around 11.30pm near York Mills Road.
According to Toronto police, the motorcyclist was rushed by paramedics to hospital via emergency.
Traffic services are investigating.
The crash temporarily closed the southbound Don Valley Parkway from Highway 401 to York Mills, but has since reopened.
