RCMP officials confirm that the motorcyclist was traveling north on the freeway near Redwood Meadows around 5 p.m. when he lost control of the bike, he entered the ditch and rolled. Firefighters EMS, RCMP and Redwood Meadows responded at the scene of the crash, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the fatal accident is ongoing.
