“This is not how anyone wanted the search for Frank to end. Our deepest condolences go out to Frank’s family, loved ones and community who have been greatly affected by this tragedy,” said Sgt. Richard Tonge with Carrot River RCMP. “We would like to thank everyone in the community and beyond who helped in the search for Frank.” At this time, police said there are no indications of suspicious circumstances, but as it has just been found, further investigation will be conducted, including working with the Saskatchewan Medical Examiner’s Office, and an autopsy is scheduled. Chief Head said they will hold a press conference soon to provide more details. In the meantime, she is asking for prayers and continued support for the family and community.
