A man has been charged with drink driving after a two-vehicle crash on Elizabeth Avenue in St. John’s last night. The 45-year-old was more than twice the legal limit after the crash which happened just after 9.30am at New Cove and Elizabeth. His driver’s license was lost and his vehicle was impounded.
