In Winnipeg, the cost of fuel fell to $1.90 a liter on Friday, with prices falling across Canada. Dan McTeague, president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, said that’s probably as good as it gets for gas prices right now. He said that although fuel prices in the market continue to fall, prices at the pump do not change much. “I think in many ways, this kind of sticky pricing among gas retailers is something that’s going to become a growing concern for motorists in western Canada,” he said.
