Three adults and an infant have been displaced after a fire damaged a two-storey flat in Freshwater Road during dinnertime yesterday. Two adults lived on one side of the duplex while a parent and child occupied the other side. Canadian Red Cross volunteers are assisting all four with emergency accommodation and purchases such as meals and clothing. There were no injuries.
