Trena Peed, who recently lost two sons in car accidents two years apart, was letting her dogs out early Thursday at 2 a.m. when she was dragged into the yard with them. Neighbors reported hearing screams that same night. ‘It’s dark. All I hear is her screaming and her dogs attacking her,” said a neighbor. Peed’s son was inside the house at the time of the attack and woke up to find his mother dead.
