Stephen Lam/The ChronicleShow MoreShow Less Travelers were ordered to evacuate the international terminal at San Francisco International Airport due to a bomb threat, San Francisco police said Friday night. In a statement to The Chronicle, police said they received a report of a bomb threat at 8.15pm on Friday. Upon arrival, they located a suspicious package that was “possibly incendiary” and ordered an evacuation for anyone in the international terminal. SFPD officials said they have arrested a man and that people should expect delays at the airport. The incident also affected transit. AirTrain and BART services were also suspended, airport officials said. All trains on the Millbrae line were bypassing the SFO station, officials said. Normal operations had resumed early Saturday, with check-in counters reopening and BART service returning in the morning, SFO said in a tweet.
