An arrest warrant has been issued for a central Newfoundland man who is actively evading police. RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor say 34-year-old Robert Reid is wanted in connection with a number of theft charges and multiple violations of court orders. He is 6 feet tall and weighs around 180 pounds.
